Location was excellent for exploring Granada. All reception staff we had dealings with, from checking in, query about safe, checking out and storing luggage, were welcoming and friendly whilst being professional. Room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom/shower. Towels were changed daily. Beds comfortable. Hotel itself was extremely quiet and there was no issue with sound from other guests. Plentiful supply of teas and two welcome bottles of water. We stayed on a room only basis so are unable to comment on the breakfast. Thanks for a great stay :)

We stayed at the junior suite for 2 nights and had the best room there for 3 people when travelling through southern Spain - space enough to breathe, relax and unpack at last! Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast as well. Very good location, but be aware of the Easter parades with crowds and noise when travelling during the week before Easter sunday ;)

Clean environment and very comfortable bed. Great shower. Fabulous central location, close to the Cathedral, yet our room was wonderfully silent. Bottled water supplied in the room on a daily basis. Additionally, there’s a seating area in an inner patio with complimentary refreshments and a selection of teas.

W ew were very impressed with our room including the en suite bathroom. All well designed and pleasant looking. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting good. Both the two staff members who we met at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Granada. The Alhambra is within walking distance and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
